Before you accept, we show the buyer's area, share size, and timeline — never their contact details. One payment covers one buyer. Once payment is confirmed you get their name and contact details, and they are exclusively yours for 14 days; no other farm can claim them. If no connection is made in that time, we may offer the buyer to someone else so the family is not left waiting.

No. It buys the introduction — the buyer's name and contact details — and it is the same $35 whether their order comes to $1,500 or $6,000, and whether or not they end up buying at all. We take no percentage, we never ask you to report what you sold, and there is nothing further to pay once the sale goes through. If the buyer turns out to be unreachable, already bought elsewhere, outside your area, a duplicate, or not a genuine enquiry, tell us within 7 days and we will replace the lead or refund you. If they are real and reachable and simply decide not to buy, that one is not refundable — that is the trade for there being no commission and no monthly fee.

Contact the buyer promptly: your exclusive period lasts 14 days, after which we may try another supplier so the buyer is not left waiting.

Free. We confirm your listing details with you — pricing, shares, pickup or delivery, contact — and the badge tells buyers your listing is accurate and answered by a real person. If you'd like to add a small link back to us on your website, it helps more families find farms like yours, but it's never required.

We can't promise a sale — that depends on fit, availability, pricing, and follow-up. We do confirm older buyers are still looking before we alert anyone, give whoever claims first 14 days alone with that buyer, and apply the 7-day replace-or-refund rule above.
