Marion County ranch selling whole, half, quarter and eighth beef shares in two lines: 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, or pasture-raised and grain-finished. About This Farm
Fort McCoy Ranch runs cattle across thousands of acres of open pasture, forest and wetland in Marion County, fed by natural springs. The same family operation harvests and cuts the beef at its own USDA-inspected plant a short haul from the pasture, which is unusual in Florida and means a share never travels far between the field and the freezer. Two lines come off the same ground: Adena Farms for 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef, and Florida Natural Beef for pasture-raised, grain-finished.
Farming Practices

- ✓Pasture-raised and grain-finished (Florida Natural Beef line)
