About This Farm
In search of freedom from commercial/corporate beef? Sarver Heritage Farm, like you, celebrates Independents! Closed System: Our cows, calves, and some bulls are born and raised on our farm. We do occasionally purchase a bull to avoid inbreeding. Robert is the only grandson of Lacy and Viola Sarver. Having fond memories of the farm from his youth, he purchased the farm to keep it in the family. Basically, they are two hermits, fiercely independent individuals who love their land and critters, willing to sacrifice personal luxuries for benefit of their charges. Their combined skill sets produce what is arguably some of the best grass fed beef in the region. This is what happens when you turn an artist/philosopher and a biologist/geek animal lover loose on a cattle farm.
