About This Farm
Stewart Farms has been a family tradition since 1968 when Carolyn and James Stewart bought the farm and began raising crops and pigs they used in their restaurants (Bunce's Barbeque). Today the farm is carried on by their son and his wife, Jamie and Jennifer Stewart. The farm supports the local community by buying hay from 3 local farmers, minerals from a small farmer in Lillington, winter silage from a local NC business, and using a local butcher.
